The Body Benefits From Movement,
The Mind Benefits From Stillness.
Movement is one of the key ingredients for a healthy and happy mind & body, and over the years I have amassed a number of group fitness qualifications, from Indoor Cycling (Spin) and Boxercise, Body Pump and Aqua Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga and more.
As I have grown older, I have found my swing in teaching, and now focus on teaching group classes like Pilates, Yoga and Specialist Movement classes for Hysterectomy Recovery and Menopause. Throughout the week, I offer a number of online classes live from my Yoga/Pilates Room. All of which are suitable for beginners and regular exercisers alike. Classes available include Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Pilates. I also offer occasional Kundalini Yoga classes and Medication classes for mental wellbeing. |
Why do I say "Movement" and not "Exercise"?
People don't fear or dislike movement, but they do fear or dislike "exercise" or the "gym".
I want you to feel comfortable doing movement, not anxious.
For that reason, I have made all of my classes available online, so you can join us in any class as a one off, or as part of my monthly membership.
