As a Personal Trainer, I have over 13 years experience in training women, and for the past four years, I have been specifically working with peri and post menopause women to help them in achieving health and wellbeing not just now, but long term as well.
Whether that means working on weight management, gaining better control of the many and varied menopause symptoms, or improving bone density to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, exercise and movement can transform your menopause experience.
If you are local to Northamptonshire, I have a private studio set up in Brixworth, where I can offer personal 1-2-1 training session to you, using a wealth of equipment and experience to help you achieve your goals.
Although small, the gym boasts a wide range of equipment, including:
